Crispy salad with bacon and egg

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 40-50 g smoked
  • 7-10 Tbsp streaky bacon
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Herb Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Head Salad

Directions

    Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes until hard, then rinse and peel them. Cut bacon into fine cubes. Peel onion and also dice finely

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Leave the bacon in it while turning it until crispy. Add onion and fry. Deglaze with 4-6 tablespoons of water and vinegar. Season marinade with salt, pepper and sugar

    Wash, clean or peel the cucumber and cut it into sticks. Clean, wash and drain the salad well. Arrange lettuce leaves and cucumber on plates. Dice eggs and sprinkle on top. Then sprinkle everything with marinade. Onion bread may taste good with it
