Romaine lettuce with strawberries and shrimps

Ingredients

  • 200 g Salad mayonnaise (50 %)
  • 50 g Tomato ketchup
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Brandy
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 300 g Strawberries
  • 1 Head romaine lettuce
  • 200 g Crab meat
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 1 TABLESPOON green, pickled peppercorns

Directions

    For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise with tomato ketchup and brandy. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Wash the strawberries, dab dry, clean and cut in half. Clean, wash and cut the romaine lettuce into narrow strips.

    Wash the crab meat briefly, drain and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Mix romaine lettuce, strawberries and crab meat and distribute on plates. Pour some sauce over the salad and sprinkle the pickled pepper over it.
