Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados
  • 4 Oranges
  • 1/2 Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sherry Vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON pink berries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Cut the avocados in half, remove the stone and peel the fruit halves. Then cut into slices. Peel three oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut the oranges into slices. Squeeze the rest of the orange. Clean, wash and cut iceberg lettuce into strips.

    Peel garlic. Mix oil, vinegar and orange juice. Coarsely crumble the pink berries and add to the vinaigrette. Season to taste with salt. Mix avocado, oranges and iceberg lettuce with the orange vinaigrette
