Peel the skin off the meat sausage. Cut the sausage into thin slices. Cut Regensburger into slices as well. Peel onions and cut into rings. Whip vinegar with mustard, salt, pepper and oil to a marinade. Chop parsley and add. Put the sausage and marinade in a bowl and let it stand for a short time
