Ingredients

  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS mayonnaise
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 4 smoked chicken legs
  • 1 Pot of chervil

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Then rinse with cold water and remove the skin. Let it cool down a bit. In the meantime clean, wash and halve the radishes.

    Wash the cucumber, cut in half and slice. Clean and wash the tomatoes. Leek onions clean, wash and cut into rings. Dice potatoes. For the sauce stir mayonnaise and yoghurt until smooth. Season to taste with salt, pepper and vinegar.

    Mix the prepared ingredients with the sauce. Cover the sauce and let it stand for about 30 minutes. Arrange on a plate with the chicken legs. Pluck off the chervil leaves and sprinkle over them.
