Remove the sausage from the skin, halve it and cut into slices. Cut the cheese into strips. Clean and wash the radishes (put 2 aside for garnishing). Drain the cucumbers. Cut both into slices.
Mix mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Whip the oil into the mixture. Mix the salad ingredients with the marinade. Wash the chives, cut them into small rolls and sprinkle over them. Garnish with the radishes.
