Ingredients

  • 200 g baby potatoes
  • 100 g red pepper
  • 75 g Kasseler cold cuts
  • 2 tl (10 g) butter/margarine
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 50 g Corn grains (tin)
  • 30 g Cream cheese "light
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS marjoram leaves

    Wash the potatoes and boil in water for about 20 minutes. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Dice the smoked pork

    Sauté the bell peppers and cured pork in 1 teaspoon of fat. Add stock, corn and cheese. Simmer for 5 minutes, season. Peel potatoes, melt 1 teaspoon of fat on top. Sprinkle marjoram over it
