Pomegranate and prosecco cocktail with elderflower syrup and lime juice

Ingredients

  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 1 Lime
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Elderflower syrup
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle of prosecco

Directions

    Cut open the pomegranate, scrape or knock out the seeds. Wash lime thoroughly, rub dry. Cut lime into 8 slices, cut slices into small pieces

    Distribute the fruits in 6-8 champagne glasses (each containing approx. 100 ml). Put 1 tablespoon of syrup into each glass, fill up with Prosecco
