Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 Organic Orange
  • 150 ml Brandy
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 5 Carnations
  • 2 Star Anise
  • 2 TEASPOONS demerara sugar
  • 2 bottle(s) (each 0.75 l) Cider

Directions

    Wash the orange hot, dab dry and peel the peel thinly. Squeeze the orange. Simmer orange peel, orange juice, brandy, 120 ml water, cinnamon, cloves, aniseed and brown sugar in a large pot for about 5 minutes.

    Pour in the cider, heat it up. Serve immediately or pour into a thermos flask.
