3 TABLESPOONS Amarula liqueur (South African wild fruit cream liqueur)
100 ml Cherry Juice
7-10 Tbsp crushed ice
7-10 Tbsp Cocktail cherry

Press the edge of the glass first in lemon juice, then in coconut flakes. Mix cream, coconut syrup, liqueur and cherry juice well in a blender. Stir in crushed ice. Pour in cocktail, decorate with cocktail cherry.
