  • 1 Pineapple
  • 6 Prunes
  • 6 Figs
  • 200 g Breakfast bacon in slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp some chillies and 6 stems of thyme

    Peel the pineapple, cut into slices, cut off the stalk. Wash plums and figs and wrap each with 1 slice of bacon. Wrap the pineapple with bacon as well and add a chilli pepper and some thyme, if you like. Grill the fruits for 5-10 minutes
