Plum wedges with cream cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Plums
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 200 g granular cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Wash the plums, dab dry, halve, stone and cut into slices. Arrange the plums on plates, pour 1 tablespoon of honey on each. Put cream cheese in the middle and dust with cinnamon. Spread the rest of the honey on top. Decorate with mint
