Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 6 Disc/s Baguette bread
  • 1/2 pck (70 g each) Mini salami sticks (e.g. from Aoste)
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 4 Mushrooms
  • 2-3 stem/s Oregano
  • 200 g Mozzarella

Directions

    Mix 2 tablespoons of tomato paste with 1 tablespoon of water, season with salt and pepper. Spread the baguette with it and put it into the pans. Cut salami into slices. Clean, wash and cut the pepper into strips. Clean mushrooms, wash if necessary and cut into slices.

    Spread everything on the bread, season with salt and pepper. Wash oregano, pluck smaller. Cut mozzarella into slices, place on top and gratinate under the raclette grill. Eat it sprinkled with oregano.
