Penne with meat sauce and gouda cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Noodles (e.g. penne)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 4 discs Bacon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 400 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Tomato Cream Soup
  • 50 g medieval Gouda cheese
  • 50 g Rocket

Directions

    Put the pasta in boiling salted water and cook for 12 minutes. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Cut bacon into large pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Leave the bacon in it until crispy and take it out.

    Fry the minced meat for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add spring onions and fry briefly. Add tomato soup and bring to the boil. Drain the noodles and stir into the minced meat sauce. Grate cheese finely.

    Cover and cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until the cheese has melted. Clean the rocket, wash and pat dry. Sprinkle bacon and rocket over the pasta.
