Chilli minced steaks on tomato-corn vegetables

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 medium-sized onions
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1-2 red chillies
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml each) Corn kernels and kidney beans
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Tomatoes
  • 2 TEASPOONS Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 500-600 g lean mince
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, 1 tsp sugar
  • 4 TSP Fresh cream
  • 4 TSP grated cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp (e.g. medieval Gouda)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley z. Garnish

Directions

    Onions peel, 3 roughly dice. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash the chillies, remove seeds and cut into rings. Corn and beans possibly rinse, let drain

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot. Fry diced onion and 2/3 garlic. Add corn and beans and steam briefly. Add tomatoes with juice, broth and half of the chili rings. Chop the tomatoes a little bit. Bring everything to the boil and simmer open for 15-20 minutes

    Finely chop 1 onion. Knead with minced meat, leftover garlic and chili. Season with salt and pepper. Form 4 flat minced steaks from it

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil (e.g. in a grill pan). Fry the steaks for 5-7 minutes on each side. Season vegetables with salt, pepper and sugar. Serve with steaks. Put 1 tsp. crème fraîche and 1 tsp. cheese on each steak. Garnish with parsley. Served with: French fries
