Pear Crumble with cranberries

Ingredients

  • 3 firm pears (about 500 g)
  • 1 TABLESPOON + 75 g butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated rind of 1/2 organic lemon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Quince jelly or apricot jam
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 40 g Dark chocolate
  • 125 g Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 50 g sugar (e.g. browner)
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cranberries (glass)

Directions

    Wash, peel, core and cut the pears into pieces. Sauté in 1 tbsp. hot butter. Add lemon zest and jelly. Simmer everything for 2-3 minutes.

    Grease 4-6 small ovenproof moulds or one large mould. Put pears in it and let them cool down.

    Melt 75 g butter and let it cool down a little. Roughly chop the chocolate. Mix flour, 1 pinch of salt, sugar and vanillin sugar. Add butter and work everything into crumbles. Knead the chocolate into it.

    Chill for about 30 minutes.
