Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 30 Whole milk crispy wafers (e.g. "Africa" by Bahlsen)
  • 150 g red currants
  • 400 ml creamy vanilla ice cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Icing sugar

Directions

    Roughly chop 6 waffles. Wash the currants, dab dry and, except for 6 panicles, remove the berries.

    Lightly crush ice in a bowl with a fork. Stir in chopped waffles and currants. Freeze the ice cream again for at least 45 minutes. S

    Form 6 balls from the ice, place them on the cooled plates. Quickly place 4 crispy wafers in a box around the ice cream and press lightly. Decorate each ball with 1 currant pancake and dust with icing sugar. Serve immediately.
