Ingredients

  • 600 g frozen mango cubes
  • 2 Limes
  • 3 tablespoons + some liquid honey
  • 100 g Double cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice wafer cones, pistachios and pastries

Directions

    Let mango cubes thaw for about 5 minutes, then puree with lime juice, 3 tablespoons honey and cream cheese in a blender. Form into balls immediately (or fill into an empty, clean ice cream container, approx. 1 l capacity, and freeze until the balls are formed). Place in ice cream wafer bags as desired. Sprinkle with some honey, sprinkle with pistachios and crumbled pastry.

    TIP: If there is only a hand blender at hand, let mangos thaw for about 10 minutes and puree them in portions.
