Peanut dip with spring onions

  • 50 g Spring onions
  • 125 g Fresh cream
  • 75 g Peanut butter (creamy)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sambal Oelek
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Lime juice
  • 1 TABLESPOON Peanut kernels

Directions

    Clean, wash and finely chop or chop the spring onions. Mix crème fraîche and peanut butter. Stir in the spring onions, except for a little bit for sprinkling, and season to taste with salt, Sambal Oelek and lime juice.

    Arrange dip in small bowls. Chop peanuts. Sprinkle dip with peanuts and remaining spring onions.
