Ingredients

  • 4-5 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 1/4 l Oil
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp chopped, roasted garlic

Directions

    Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press into a high mixing cup. Add egg yolk. Stir vigorously with the whisks of the hand mixer. Add oil bit by bit while stirring constantly.

    Stir in yoghurt. Season mayonnaise with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with roasted garlic as desired.
