Paprika shuttle with feta

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 200 g Feta or sheep's cheese
  • 150 g Sour cream or sour cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 2 large peppers (e.g. red and yellow)
  • 6-8 paprika-filled olives

Directions

  1. 1

    Finely crumble the cheese and mix with sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Clean, wash and halve the peppers. Cut each half lengthwise into 3 pieces

    Pour the cheese cream into a piping bag and squirt it onto the pepper pieces. Cut the olives into slices. Decorate the paprika boats with them
