Panini with ham and peppers

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 big red pepper
  • 50 g Arugula
  • 80 g Parmesan (piece)
  • 8 discs Sandwich toast
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Remoulade (glass)
  • 8 thin slices of cooked ham

Directions

    Clean and wash the peppers and cut them into wide strips. Clean, wash and drain the rocket well. Slice parmesan thinly.

    Spread slices of bread thinly with remoulade. Cover 4 slices with ham, leaving the edge free. Spread parmesan, paprika and rocket on the ham toasts and cover with the remaining slices of bread.

    Grill the panini in the sandwich maker for 3-4 minutes. Let it cool down briefly and cut into 3 strips.
