Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat until golden brown, remove and let cool. Mix butter, sesame and honey until smooth. Season to taste with approx. 1⁄2 tsp salt and 1⁄2 tsp cayenne pepper. Form into a roll (3-4 cm Ø) on a piece of sandwich paper.
Roll the paper tightly around the butter and shape it with your hands. Chill for at least 1 hour.
