Ingredients

  • 225 ml Milk
  • 1/2 cube (20 g) Yeast
  • 250 g Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 (approx. 350 g) chunky vegetable onion
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 400 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cumin
  • 250 g chunky tomatoes
  • 30 g Butter or margarine
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 125 g Sheep's cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour

Directions

    For the dough, warm milk lukewarm and dissolve yeast. Put flour and salt in a bowl. Stir in the yeast milk, egg and oil with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Work into a smooth dough with your hands. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes. In the meantime peel the onion.

    Dice half finely, cut the rest into strips. Wash the chilli pepper, cut lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into fine rings. Mix minced meat, diced onion and chili. Season with salt, paprika and cumin. Divide dough into 8 portions. Roll out to thin, round pizzas on a floured work surface. Spread chunky tomatoes and minced meat on top. Sprinkle with melted fat. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas mark 3) on floured baking trays one after the other for about 15 minutes. Keep warm when stacked on top of each other. In the meantime, wash the parsley and pluck off the leaves. Cut sheep's cheese into thin pieces.

    Sprinkle with melted fat. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas mark 3) on floured baking trays one after the other for about 15 minutes. Keep warm when stacked on top of each other. In the meantime, wash the parsley and pluck off the leaves. Cut sheep's cheese into thin pieces. Mix onion strips, parsley and cheese. Also spread on the pizzas. Serve rolled up
