Ingredients

  • 250 g M
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper, nutmeg
  • 5 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 100 g Onions
  • 200 g Low-fat curd
  • 200 g Sour cream or sour cream
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 175-200 g grated gouda
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 30 g Roasted onions

Directions

    Knead flour, butter in pieces, approx. 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 egg and 1-2 tablespoons ice-cold water. Put in a cool place for about 1 hour

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Peel and chop the onions. Mix quark, sour cream, cream cheese, 125 g Gouda and 4 eggs. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Fold in onions

    Roll out the dough to a circle (32 cm Ø) on a floured surface. Line a greased quiche or tart dish (approx. 28 cm Ø) with the dough and press it up at the edges. Prick several times. Pre-bake in the preheated oven on the 2nd rack from below (electric oven: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes

    Mix the cheese icing and add to the dough. Sprinkle the rest of the Gouda and roasted onions over it. Bake at the same temperature for another 30-35 minutes
