Stir salad cream and mustard until smooth, season to taste. Wash the salad and pat dry well. Peel onion and cut into rings. Wash the cucumber, peel if necessary and cut into thin slices.
Wash the schnitzel, dab dry and tap flatter. Fry in a coated pan in hot oil on each side for about 2 minutes. Seasoning
Cut the roll open and spread both halves with the mustard cream. Cover the lower half with lettuce, tangerines, cucumber, onion and the schnitzel. Place the upper roll half on top
Note the fat content of mayonnaise and salad-
cream, because the differences are big! 1 tablespoon (20 g) light salad cream with yoghurt has only 2 g fat (e.g. Miracel Whip yoghurt), normal salad cream 6-8 g and delicacy mayonnaise even approx. 16 g
