Soak rolls in cold water. Peel onion. Finely chop capers, cucumber and onion. Wash the dill, dab dry and chop. Mix the squeezed bread roll, minced meat, egg, gherkin, onion, capers and dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Form 16 meatballs from it. Fry in hot oil for 5-6 minutes on each side. Cut baguette into 16 slices. Spread with mayonnaise, place some salad on top. Put one meatball, halved cherry tomatoes and cucumber pieces with wooden skewers on top. Garnish with dill as desired
