Salmon burger: Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes. Quench and let them cool down. Roast toast. Cut out 4 circles from each slice. Wash the salad, pluck smaller. Quarter the salmon slices. Peel eggs and cut into 12 slices. Cover 12 toast circles with salad, salmon, egg and mustard cream. Cover with remaining toast circles
Bread and fish skewers: Cut the bread into about 12 cubes. Roast crispy in the hot herb butter. Cut curled strips of smoked dogfish into approx. 12 pieces. Put on wooden skewers with bread and gherkins
Mackerel bites: Wash cucumber and cut into 12 slices, mackerel into 12 pieces. Place on the cucumber. Whip cream until stiff, stir in horseradish. Spray on the mackerels. Garnish with cranberries. Arrange everything with lemon and dill
Drink: beer and aquavit
