Ingredients

  • 3 Oranges
  • 1/4 (approx. 175 g) Iceberg lettuce
  • 100 g Soured milk (3,5 % fat)
  • 75 g Salad Mayonnaise
  • 50 ml Orange juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 30 g Walnut kernels
  • 75 g ComtĂ© cheese
  • 75 g Fromage Sbrinz
  • 125 g Mondsee cheese
  • 100 g aged Gouda cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chervil, salad and grapes

Directions

    Wash the oranges thoroughly and cut them in half crosswise. Using a sharp knife, remove the flesh from the halved oranges and cut into cubes. Cut the cut side of the halved oranges with sharp scissors in a jagged shape. Clean the salad, wash thoroughly and cut into strips. Stir the soured milk, mayonnaise and orange juice until smooth and season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika and sugar.

    Mix salad and oranges, fill into the six halved orange baskets and spread dressing over them. Coarsely chop the nuts. Slice Comté thinly. Sbrinz also thinly slice. Cut Mondseer into pieces. Sprinkle the orange baskets with paprika. Arrange orange baskets and cheese on a plate. Drizzle Sbrinz with olive oil and sprinkle with nuts. Garnish with chervil, lettuce leaves and grapes as desired.
