Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1/2 Bag (225 g) French fries
  • 1-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 thin beef or chop steaks of beef (à ca.100 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 Meat tomato
  • 2 rustic rolls
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad and cucumber slices

Directions

    Fry the French fries in a large frying pan in 2 tablespoons of oil for 10-15 minutes while turning. Or bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes

    Meanwhile peel the garlic and cut in half. Dab steaks dry, rub with it. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a 2nd pan. Fry the steaks in it for about 1 minute on each side, season. Take out

    Peel onion and cut into thick rings. Wash and slice the tomato. Fry the onion and tomato briefly on each side in frying fat

    Cut open the buns. Cover with tomato slices, steak and onion rings. Salt the chips. Arrange everything and garnish. Serve with ketchup or mustard
