Peel the garlic. Chop garlic, olives, stuffed to 2-3, and chilli very finely. Mix everything with cream cheese
Cut the baguette into about 20 slices. Fry briefly in hot oil on each side. Let it drip off on kitchen paper. Spread the paste on top. Cut the rest of the olives into slices. Garnish baguette with olives, chilli and herbs
