Noodles in bacon cream cheese sauce2

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 1 Onion
  • 500 g small mushrooms
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 200 g Herb cream cheese
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 500 g fresh meat tortelloni (refrigerated shelf)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Cut the bacon into strips, except for 4 slices. Fry the bacon slices in a frying pan for approx. 5 minutes while turning them until crispy. Then fry the bacon strips in the pan for approx. 5 minutes while turning them over.

    In the meantime peel and dice the onion. Clean, clean and halve the mushrooms. Remove the bacon strips from the pan. Fry onion cubes and mushrooms in bacon fat for about 4 minutes. Season with pepper. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stalks and chop finely, except for something to garnish

    Add the cheese and stock to the pan and stir. Stir in parsley and bacon strips. Prepare tortelloni in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Arrange sauce and tortelloni on plates. Garnish with bacon and parsley
