Lemon noodles in garlic-olive oil butter, Parma ham chips and Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4-8 discs (8 g each) Parma ham
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 25 g Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 5 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 75 g grated parmesan cheese

Directions

    Peel garlic and chop very finely. Wash the lemon thoroughly, grate dry and peel the peel with a zest ripper. Halve the lemon and squeeze it. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions.

    In the meantime, skip the Parma ham in a pan without fat and take it out. Heat the oil in the pan. Sauté the garlic and lemon julienne briefly. Add butter and melt. Add 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, heat and season with salt, pepper and sugar.

    Pour the pasta into a sieve, quench and drain. Add the noodles to the oil, mix and heat. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck off some leaves, cut remaining parsley into fine strips.

    Mix into the noodles. Arrange the pasta with 1-2 slices of Parma ham on plates, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
