Noodle salad with chicken filet

Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken filet
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 500 g Noodles (e.g. trulli)
  • 1 red, yellow and green peppers
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 package (145 ml) pesto genovese
  • 4-5 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Directions

    Wash the chicken filet and pat dry. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Brown the fillets in it all around, then cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes, drain and drain. In the meantime clean, wash and cut the peppers into small pieces.

    Peel onions and cut into slices. Mix pesto, 2 tablespoons of oil and vinegar. Cut the chicken filet into slices. Mix noodles, peppers, onions and slices of fillet with the pesto. Arrange in a bowl
