Marinated feta cheese on salad

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 100 g Spring onions
  • 2 Branches of rosemary
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 75 g Rocket salad
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS pink pepper berries
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 (200 g each) Pecorino cheese in brine

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Wash rosemary, shake dry, pluck needles from the twigs and chop finely. Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash lemon hot, grate dry, halve fruit. Squeeze one half, cut the other half into slices

    Clean the salad, wash and shake dry. For the marinade, mix garlic, rosemary, pink pepper berries, lemon juice and olive oil. Quarter the feta cheese diagonally. Mix spring onions, marinade and lemon slices. Fold in the feta cheese. Arrange in a bowl lined with salad leaves
