Ingredients

  • 1 collar Chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chili
  • 250 g Fresh cream
  • 150 g ripened cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Wash the chives and cut into fine rolls. Clean, seed, wash and finely chop the chillies

    Mix both with crème fraîche and sour cream. Season to taste with salt
