Cut the butter into pieces. Simmer butter, salt and 250 ml water until butter is melted. Add the flour at once and stir until the dough comes off the bottom as a ball. Let the dough cool down a little
Grate cheese. Stir the eggs one by one into the dough. Stir in cheese cubes. Pour the dough into a piping bag with a small perforated spout and spray small tuffs onto a baking tray lined with baking paper
Sprinkle the tuffs with cumin seeds and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 25 minutes. Take out and serve warm
