Ingredients

  • 1 Lime
  • 8 TABLESPOONS white rum
  • 100 g brown rock candy (Grümmel candy)
  • 1 can(s) (580 ml; 330 g by weight) Pineapple in pieces
  • 2 Bottles of well-chilled dry sparkling wine

Directions

    Wash the lime hot and cut into thin slices. Put rum and rock candy in a punch bowl and let it stand for 4-5 hours until the rock candy has dissolved. Add lime slices and pineapple pieces with the juice and chill for another 1 hour. Fill the lime punch with the cold sparkling wine before serving
