Hard boil the eggs for about 10 minutes. Then rinse cold and peel. Cut 1 egg into slices, dice the rest. Peel and finely chop the onion. Chop capers as well. Drain the tuna. Puree with mayonnaise, onion and cucumber water.
Fold in the capers and diced egg, except for something to garnish. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lime juice. Cut the turkey breast into slices. Arrange on a platter with lettuce leaves, slices of lime, dill, ice cream and caper apples. Sprinkle with remaining egg cubes and capers. Serve with the sauce
