Cut the ciabatta into 20 thin slices. Line a baking tray (approx. 32 x 37 cm) with baking paper. Place the slices of bread close together. Sprinkle cheese as small heaps on each slice.
Roast under the preheated grill for about 5 minutes until the cheese and bread begin to brown. Put 1/2 teaspoon of pesto on each bread. Serve immediately. Olives and caper apples are delicious with it
