Ingredients

  • 16-20 Prawns with head and shell (approx. 40 g each)
  • 5-6 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

    Wash the shrimps, pat them dry and place them on a tray. Drizzle lemon juice over them. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Leave to stand for about 10 minutes. If necessary, grill the prawns on aluminium foil on a hot grill for 8-10 minutes, turning them frequently.
