Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 3 TABLESPOONS melted butter or margarine
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 (360 g) small glass of applesauce
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Calvados (alternatively brandy)
  • 1 TABLESPOON flaked almonds
  • 1 TEASPOON Cinnamon

    Mix eggs, flour, fat, 1 tablespoon sugar and salt. Add milk bit by bit. Let the dough swell for about 1/2 hour. Coat a coated small pan with oil and heat it up.

    Bake 4 crépes from the dough one after the other, keep warm. Mix apple sauce and Calvados. Fill the crépes with the mixture and fold them up. Roast the almonds in a dry pan. Mix the remaining sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle the almonds over the crépes.
