  • 1/2 Italian bread (about 225 g)
  • 40 g Butter or margarine
  • 1 package (25 g) frozen onion with garlic
  • 1/2 (approx. 250 g) Honeydew melon
  • 60 g Salami in thin slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

    Cut bread into cubes. Heat the fat. Briefly sauté the onion-garlic mixture in it. Add bread cubes and fry until crispy all around. Remove seeds from melon and peel. Cut the flesh into cubes. Put bread cubes, melon and salami alternately on small wooden skewers
