Noodle pot with chicken filet

Ingredients

  • 100 g Chicken filet
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 100 g cleaned leek
  • 7-10 Tbsp (Leeks)
  • 100 g cleaned pepper (e.g. red pepper)
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 35-40 g Macaroni or other noodles
  • 45 g Pineapple (canned; no added sugar)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry

    Wash the chicken filet and pat dry well. Heat oil in a pot. Fry the chicken filet in it for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper

    Wash the leek and peppers. Cut leek into rings and paprika into pieces. Briefly sauté both together in frying fat

    Deglaze everything with about 300 ml water. Bring to the boil and stir in the stock. Break the macaroni into pieces, add it to the stock and cover it with ca

    Cook for 8 minutes

    Take out the chicken filet and cut it into slices. Cut the pineapple into pieces and heat it up in the broth together with the fillet slices. Season the pasta pot with soy sauce and curry
