Heat the oil in a coated pan (approx. 24 cm Ø). Add eggs. Cover and allow to set for approx. 5 minutes. Keep warm.
Fry sausage and tomatoes in the frying fat, season. Pour into the omelette. Serve with salad. Served with: crisps
