Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 40 g low-fat sausage
  • 2 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS frozen herbs, salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper, 1 tsp (5 g) oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad
  • 2 discs Crispbread

Directions

    Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Chop the sausage. Whisk eggs, 2 tablespoons water and herbs and season

    Heat the oil in a coated pan (approx. 24 cm Ø). Add eggs. Cover and allow to set for approx. 5 minutes. Keep warm.

    Fry sausage and tomatoes in the frying fat, season. Pour into the omelette. Serve with salad. Served with: crisps
