Potatoes with aspic

Ingredients

  • 200 g gesch. Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 5 (50 g) cleaned radishes
  • 100 g cleaned cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons (50 g) Low-fat curd
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Mineral water
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley
  • 60 g Poultry Brawn

Directions

    Cook the potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes. Cut vegetables finely or grate roughly. Stir quark and mineral water until smooth. Fold in vegetables. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash, chop and add parsley. Dice brawn. Arrange everything
