Potato and cheese ragout

Ingredients

  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 200 g Broccoli
  • 40 g Salmon ham (without fat edge)
  • 5 tablespoons (50 ml) milk (1,5 % fat)
  • 30 g grated edam
  • 1 TEASPOON sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes and cook them in broth for about 20 minutes. Clean, wash and chop the broccoli and cook for about 5 minutes

    Cut the ham into small pieces. Remove potatoes and vegetables. Add milk and melt cheese in it. Bring to the boil, thicken and season to taste. Heat everything in the sauce
