  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 1 (approx. 60 g) Gherkin
  • 1/2 bunch Chives and dill
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley
  • 150 g Salad Mayonnaise
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS grainy mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper, sugar

Directions

    Cook the egg for about 10 minutes. Then quench, peel and chop

    Finely dice the cucumber. Wash herbs, shake dry and chop. Mix mayonnaise, yoghurt and mustard. Fold in egg, cucumber and herbs. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar
