Wash the meat and dab dry. Peel and finely chop the onions. Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Heat oil in a casserole. Add meat, fry well while turning.
Add onions and paprika, fry briefly. Add tomato paste, stir in, season with salt, pepper and paprika. Dust with flour, sweat on, gradually deglaze with beef broth while stirring, bring to the boil and braise covered over a low heat for about 1 1/2 hours.
Then season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika and sugar. Serve soup in cups garnished with oregano.
