Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 12 cherry tomatoes or
  • 6 small tomatoes
  • 1 (125 g) Package
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mozzarella cheese
  • 12 fine slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper Salami
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil leaves
  • 7-10 Tbsp to garnish
  • 12 wooden skewers

Directions

    Clean, wash and dry cherry tomatoes or small tomatoes (cut small tomatoes in half). Drain mozzarella well. Then cut into 4 thick slices. Cut mozzarella slices into three

    Put a tomato, a piece of cheese and a folded slice of salami on each wooden skewer

    For the marinade, mix vinegar, salt and some sugar in a small bowl. Beat the oil with a whisk until well done

    Arrange 3 mozzarella salami skewers on each plate. Drizzle with the marinade. Sprinkle with some coarse pepper and garnish with basil leaves. Serve with fresh white bread
